The Eppicotispai Ravioli Maker with 36 square holes is designed for creating perfectly shaped ravioli with an overall square form. The tray measures 133mm by 307mm and features zigzag cutting edges of 35mm. The top inside of each square cavity measures 24mm, while the bottom outside measures 18mm, allowing for precise ravioli size.
Made from aluminum with a beechwood rolling pin included, this tool is easy to use: lay pasta sheets on the tray, fill cavities, cover with another sheet, and roll to seal and cut. Rubber feet protect your work surface and prevent slipping. Crafted in Italy, this ravioli maker combines functionality with traditional design for authentic pasta making.
