The Sapphire SE-FR50 Freestanding Gas Fryer offers a 45-50 lb. capacity and features a stainless steel front with galvanized sides and rear, plus a stainless steel vat. Equipped with powerful vertical cast iron burners delivering 30,000 BTU/hr each, it ensures efficient heat transfer and quick temperature recovery for crispy frying results. The fryer includes a cold zone to prevent food particle scorching and a hi-limiter thermostat adjustable from 200°F to 400°F for safety and control.
Designed for commercial kitchens, this fryer has a chromed basket with a plastic-coated handle, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs, and a rear gas connection. It ships knocked down for easy assembly and is pallet-packed for secure transport, making it a reliable and convenient choice for high-volume frying needs.
