The Vulcan VHP636 Heavy Duty Achiever Natural Gas Hot Plate 36" is a powerful commercial cooking appliance featuring six 30,000 BTU/hr open burners for a total output of 180,000 BTU/hr. Its heavy gauge welded steel chassis ensures durability and consistent performance. The hot plate is constructed with stainless steel front, sides, and backsplash, complemented by cast iron top grates for long-lasting use.
