The Hobart Legacy HSL180-1 Spiral Dough Mixer offers a robust 3 1/2 to 6 2/5 HP motor with a belt-driven transmission and two-speed controls. It features a fixed stainless steel bowl with wireform bowl guard, spiral dough hook, and breaker bar. The mixer includes dual electronic timer control, reversible bowl drive, and bowl jog control for precise dough mixing.
Designed with a steel body frame and aluminum cast cover, this mixer has front and rear casters and adjustable front stabilizing feet for mobility and stability. Its powder coat finish ensures durability. The exterior measures 28-3/4" width, 48" depth, and 55-1/2" height, operating on 208 volts, 26.1 amps, and 3 phases at 60 hertz.
