This set of 12 Gobel Heavy-Tinned-Steel Fluted Brioche Molds features a 3 inch diameter and is made from heavy tinned steel that maintains its shape without bending or twisting. The fluted edge and solid fixed bottom design make it ideal for producing beautiful petit fours, French pastries, and small desserts.
