The Berkel X13-PLUS Manual Gravity Feed Slicer represents the next generation of professional slicers, designed with advanced technology in motion, geometry, energy, and hygiene. It features a sanitary one-piece engineered polymer base and product table that reduces seams and joints, providing an NSF approved surface for easy and effective cleaning.
Equipped with a 13" stainless steel knife, gauge plate interlock, and a removable submersible table-mounted sharpener with borazon stones, this slicer offers precise thickness control and wafer-thin slices. Additional features include a permanent ring guard, kick stand for easy cleaning access, and an ergonomic design with controls outside the drip zone. It operates manually with 1/2 HP power at 120 volts and 7 amps, meeting NSF/ANSI 8 standards.
