Riviera Mix Lobelia seeds produce a lush perennial mix with abundant flowers in blue, violet, purple, red, and pink shades. This deer-resistant and disease-tolerant mix features a compact ball-shaped habit that fills out packs and performs vigorously in gardens, attracting butterflies and bees.
These multi-pelleted seeds require careful moisture management for successful germination. Maintain medium wet to saturated moisture levels until the pellet dissolves completely. High humidity and consistent soil moisture are essential, with plastic domes or misting recommended to keep pellets moist. The water-soluble wax coating dissolves slowly, so pellets must not dry out during germination.
