Fascination F1 is a seedless watermelon variety producing excellent quality fruit weighing 16 to 20 pounds. The melons have a glossy, rich dark green striped rind and firm, deep red flesh with very small seeds. This variety is prized for its great flavor and suitability as a shipping melon due to its good post-harvest holding ability.
It offers intermediate resistance to Fusarium wilt (race 1) and Anthracnose (race 1). Like other seedless watermelons, a pollinator such as Side Kick or Accomplice is necessary for fruit set. A signed waiver is required to purchase this variety, and shipments depend on receipt of the waiver form.
