These lightweight, pH-balanced BioStrate felt sheets are designed to support dense, healthy root development for microgreens. The bio-based textile absorbs and retains water efficiently while providing an inert environment that promotes vigorous growth. Each sheet measures 9½ inches wide by 19½ inches long and is available in packs of 160 sheets.
BioStrate sheets maintain their structural integrity throughout the crop life and are compostable after use. They resist clogging filters and perform best when kept moist but not saturated. To use, moisten the felt with mist or a quick water bath, drain excess water, sprinkle seeds to desired density, and mist again for optimal germination and growth.
