Takeoff MXR F1 sweet corn seeds offer an improved supersweet yellow variety with additional resistance to Maize Dwarf Mosaic Virus (MDMV) and Rust. The plants exhibit strong seedling vigor and produce ears measuring 7.75 to 8.5 inches long with 16-18 rows of tender, bright yellow kernels. Ears are held 28 inches above ground on sturdy 6-foot plants, providing excellent protection and visibility.
This variety features a good-looking husk package with plentiful flags that protect the ear tip well. Its superior eating quality and impressive ear shape make it an excellent choice for early planting slots. Isolation is required to maintain seed purity for this hybrid.
