Italian White Pleated Stripes Chiffon by The Row

Combining elements of ruching, plisse, and pleating, this chiffon is coarse and pebbly, with sweet pleated stripes alternating in width. Utilize the fluid, bouncy drape for blouses, dresses, and breezy skirts. Sheer, a lining may be desired for complete opacity but isn't always necessary. While this fabric appears to have give along the width, it should be treated and sewn as a woven, non-stretch fabric.
