Introducing a unique quilted fabric that is comprised of three separate layers: a white backing, a polyurethane lining, and a white laser cut face. The lining is water repellent and clear, allowing this fabric to be used in articles of clothing meant to with stand wet weather. The quilting is stitched into 3” squares and the perforations are cut into .125” squares. Do not let the opportunity pass to use this one-of-a-kind fabric!
