This juniper green gel food coloring provides deep, rich green shades without changing the consistency of your frosting or batter. It is highly concentrated and perfect for coloring buttercream, fondant, royal icing, dough, batter, and other edible creations.

For a bright green, start with white or all-shortening buttercream to achieve a true pop of color. The gel can be used alone or mixed with other gel colors to create new shades. Add small amounts gradually with a toothpick to deepen and darken the color as desired.
