This bright white chocolate fondant is uniquely formulated for excellent taste and workability, remaining soft and pliable longer for easier handling. It is ideal for wrapping, draping, and decorating cakes, cookies, doughnuts, and pastries. The fondant rolls thin for flawless coverage and sets while remaining soft and pliable, allowing reworking when warm.
It is gluten free, nut free, vegetarian, and kosher. Store in a cool, dry place not exceeding 75ºF and keep tightly sealed after use. If oils separate during shipping, allow the fondant to cool and knead the oils back in. Use a knife or spatula to cut portions and microwave briefly if too firm. Keep work surfaces and tools clean and dry for best results.
