This crème de menthe soft cream candy center is packaged in an 8 oz sleeve with a convenient squeeze bag for easy application. Cut the bag end and squeeze the filling into chocolate-lined candy molds, then seal with chocolate and allow to set or freeze. It is intended for use in candy molds only due to its runny texture.
Perfect for creating rich chocolates, this soft cream center can be combined with firmer centers for added decadence. It contains crème de menthe flavoring and is produced with allergen precautions. Due to heat sensitivity, expedited shipping and ice packs are recommended to preserve product quality.
