This fondant is specially formulated to perform optimally in hot and humid conditions, offering extra elasticity and extended working and drying times. It minimizes sweating when transitioning from cold to warm environments, making it ideal for both commercial and home baking applications. The fondant rolls thin without cracking and contains no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
It is gluten free, dairy free, trans fat free, nut free, kosher, and vegan. For best results, store unused fondant wrapped airtight at ambient temperature away from direct light. Knead the firm fondant to soften before use, and keep your work surface, tools, and hands clean and dry to avoid sticking.

Unused fondant should be resealed quickly and wrapped airtight. Trimmings stored separately. Store at ambient temperature, away from direct light.
Make sure your work surface, tools and hands are clean and dry. Use corn starch, shortening or powdered sugar to avoid sticking to your worksurface. The product will be firm out of the pail, as you knead, the fondant will become soft and pliable.
