This pistachio-flavored fat-based flexible coating is perfect for decorating or covering pastries, bread, and specialty desserts. It remains soft even when frozen or chilled, preventing cracking or breaking off your bakery products. The coating is freezer-friendly and freeze-resistant, providing a beautiful glossy finish that fully adheres to products.
To use, melt the coating at about 50°C and apply at 25–35°C depending on the desired thickness. It can be dipped, flooded, or poured, and with simple additions, it can be transformed into ganache or mirror glaze. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain quality.
