This white royal icing mix comes in a convenient 5-pound bag, perfect for decorating cookies, cakes, and gingerbread houses. Simply mix 1 pound of the powder with 5 tablespoons of water at medium speed until stiff peaks form. Adjust thickness by adding more water for flooding or less for piping and edging.
The mix can be flavored and colored as desired using oils and gels. For flooding consistency, add 1 tablespoon of water per half cup of prepared icing and mix by hand. This versatile icing is ideal for detailed decorating and creating smooth finishes on baked goods.

Mix at medium speed, 1 lb. of mix and 5 Tablespoons water, beat until icing stands in peaks.
Flavor and color as desired.

Add 1 Tablespoon water of each 1/2 cup of Royal Icing prepared as above.
