RADYAN Eggnog Flavoring for Candy and Baking - 1 Ounce

This 1-ounce eggnog flavoring is specially formulated for candy making and baking applications. It is highly concentrated, being three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts, so a small amount goes a long way. The flavoring is suitable for use in hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and various other confectionery treats, providing a rich eggnog taste.

The product contains natural and artificial flavorings along with propylene glycol and polysorbate 80, and is colored with FD&C yellow 5, yellow 8, and red 40. It is kosher certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free. This flavoring is water-soluble and appropriate for chocolates and coatings, with a typical usage of ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound of product.
