This mold produces eleven classic bonbon chocolates per batch, each piece measuring 1 inch in diameter and 7/8 inch deep. Made from FDA approved BPA-free plastic in the USA, it is designed for chocolate use and can be filled solid or with chopped nuts for added texture and flavor.
Each bonbon weighs approximately 0.3 ounces, yielding about 53 pieces per pound of chocolate. Its compact size and versatile design make it suitable for creating elegant chocolates for any occasion, combining quality materials with ease of use.
