RADYAN Bavarian Cream Flavoring Oil for Candy and Baking - 1 Dram

This Bavarian Cream flavoring oil offers a rich vanilla taste ideal for enhancing candies, chocolates, cakes, cookies, frostings, and ice cream. It is a super strength flavor, three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts, so only a small amount is needed for effective flavoring.

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, the flavoring oil is kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free. Typical usage is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound of product. It may cause some thickening, which can be adjusted by adding liquified coconut oil or cocoa butter to achieve the desired consistency.
