This 1-ounce bottle of natural lemon oil is a pure essential oil used for flavoring in candy making, baking, and aromatherapy. It is cold expressed from Citrus limonum grown in the United States and is food grade, kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free. The oil has a strong citrus and fresh lemon flavor.
Recommended for use in hard candies, cakes, cookies, frostings, ice cream, chocolates, and coatings, this lemon oil is three to four times stronger than typical extracts. When substituting for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of this oil per teaspoon of extract to achieve the desired flavor.
