This super strength amaretto flavor is designed for candy and baking applications, offering three to four times the potency of typical water or alcohol-based extracts. It is suitable for use in hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and various confectionery recipes. The flavor is kosher certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free.
Appropriate for chocolates and coatings, the flavoring is mostly water soluble and contains artificial flavor and caprylic triglycerides. When substituting for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per teaspoon of extract to achieve the desired almond-like amaretto taste in your sweet creations.
