This chocolate mold is designed to create six round sandwich cookies, each measuring 2-1/2 inches in diameter and 7/8 inch deep. It is ideal for making layered cookie and chocolate treats perfect for parties or special occasions. The mold is made in the USA from FDA-approved BPA-free plastic, ensuring safe food contact.
Each cookie requires about 2 ounces of chocolate, with approximately eight cookies per pound. The mold is compatible with 4-inch by 4-inch poly bags for packaging. Its sturdy construction supports consistent cookie shapes and easy release for efficient baking and candy making.
