This natural chocolate flavor oil offers a genuine chocolate taste suitable for a variety of confectionery and baking applications. It is concentrated but milder than super strength candy oils, making it ideal for hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, and ice cream.
The flavor is water-soluble and kosher certified, gluten-free, and twice as strong as traditional extracts. It contains a base of propylene glycol, water, ethyl alcohol, and sugar, providing versatility for many recipes, though it is not recommended for use in chocolates themselves.
