This mold includes four cavities with two distinct shapes: football and helmet. The football shape measures 1-1/2 by 2-3/4 inches, while the helmet is 2 by 1-3/4 inches. Each helmet piece weighs approximately 1.2 ounces, and each football piece about 1 ounce, yielding 14 to 16 pieces per pound of chocolate.
