This mango flavor is a super strength candy oil designed to enhance a variety of recipes with a tropical taste. It is three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts, making it ideal for use in hard candy, general candy making, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and other confectionery applications. Note that this flavor is not suitable for use in chocolates and coatings.
When substituting this flavor for extracts, use between 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon for every teaspoon of extract called for in your recipe. This mango flavor candy oil provides a vibrant tropical note without adding sugar, making it a versatile ingredient for many sweet creations.
