This mold creates four 3D shell chocolates per pour, each measuring 2-3/4 inches wide by 1-1/4 inches deep and 1/2 inch thick. Each piece weighs approximately 0.7 ounces, with about 22 to 23 shells per pound. The mold is made in the USA from FDA approved BPA-free plastic, ensuring safe use for edible creations.
Perfect for solid or hollow chocolates, these shells can be filled with mousse or other fillings for individual desserts. The mold is recommended to be paired with a 3 by 5 inch poly bag for packaging, making it suitable for elegant presentations or themed parties.
