This mold features two cavities that create a full 3D banana shape, each side measuring 7 inches long by 2 inches wide and 3/4 inch deep. It is designed for use with flavored and tinted white chocolate melts to produce edible fruit bowl pieces. Each banana requires approximately 4.5 ounces of chocolate per side, totaling 9 ounces for the complete 3D banana.
Made in the USA from FDA approved BPA-free plastic, this mold is durable and food safe. For packaging, a 3 by 10 inch poly bag is recommended for a single piece, while a 4 by 10 inch bag fits the full banana. This mold is ideal for creating lifelike chocolate bananas for parties or events.
