This one-ounce bottle of mint chocolate chip flavor oil is a versatile ingredient for enhancing the taste of hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and other baked goods. It is water soluble, gluten free, sugar free, and kosher certified, making it suitable for various dietary needs.
Known as candy oil or flavoring oil, it is three to four times stronger than traditional extracts. When substituting for extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of this flavor oil per teaspoon of extract. It is appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, providing a strong mint chocolate chip flavor.
