This break apart bar mold is designed for creating small chocolate treats that easily snap apart. Each mold contains 10 cavities, with each piece measuring 2-1/4 inches by 1 inch. Each piece holds approximately 0.4 ounces of chocolate, making about 40 pieces per pound of chocolate used.
Made in the USA from FDA approved BPA-free plastic, this mold is safe and durable for repeated use. It is recommended to use 2 inch by 4 inch poly bags for packaging the finished chocolates. This mold is perfect for making shareable chocolate bars with convenient breakable sections.
