This natural menthol eucalyptus flavoring comes in a 1-ounce size and is ideal for enhancing candies, frostings, cookies, fudges, and baked goods. It is three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts, so a small amount goes a long way.
The flavoring is kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free. It contains natural flavoring and capric/caprilic triglycerides, is insoluble in water, and is suitable for use in chocolates and coatings. Note that it is not eligible for air shipment.
