This single-cavity mold measures 7-1/2 inches by 6 inches by 1/4 inch and is designed for making hard candy and cookies with a woodgrain gingerbread pattern. It is made from heat-resistant FDA-approved plastic that can withstand oven temperatures up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
The mold is reusable and easy to clean with hot water, though soap use is discouraged to maintain the shine of finished products. It pairs well with isomalt crystals for hard candy making and offers durable performance for repeated use in confectionery and baking applications.
