These white vanilla flavored melting wafers are designed for easy use with chocolate candy molds. Simply melt them in a microwave or double boiler and pour into molds to create smooth, flavorful confections. The wafers contain sugar, partially hydrogenated palm kernel oil, whey, nonfat milk, emulsifiers, artificial color, and natural and artificial flavors.
Store these wafers at 60 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit in a dry area with less than 50% humidity for optimal shelf life of 18 months. They are produced in a gluten-free facility and recommended to be shipped with cold packs to prevent melting during transit.
