This mold features six cavities designed to create round sandwich cookies measuring 2-1/8 inches in diameter and 7/8 inch deep. Each cookie requires about 1.6 ounces of chocolate, with an estimated yield of 10 cookies per pound of chocolate.
Made in the USA from FDA-approved BPA-free plastic, this mold is perfect for making team-themed treats for sports banquets and parties. Using thin cookies can reduce chocolate usage, and the mold pairs well with 4-inch by 6-inch poly bags for packaging.
