This soft gel paste is a water-based food coloring designed to provide vibrant sherbet hues for icings and whipped toppings. It offers superior coloring performance compared to traditional food colors and is suitable for use in fudge that does not contain cocoa butter chocolate. The product comes in a 3/4 ounce size and is certified kosher, as well as free from peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten.
Due to the water-based formula, it should not be used directly in chocolate unless combined with a special coating product. The color may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and reproduction limitations. This gel paste is ideal for adding bright, consistent color to a variety of baked goods and confections.
