This cheesecake flavor candy oil is a super strength flavoring ideal for use in hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and other baking applications. It is three to four times stronger than traditional extracts, so only 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon is needed to replace 1 teaspoon of extract.
The flavoring is appropriate for chocolates and coatings and is also known as candy oil or flavoring oil. It provides a rich cream cheese taste without using actual cream cheese, making it a convenient option for enhancing a variety of confectionery and baked goods.
