This natural lemon oil is a pure essential oil used as a flavoring in candy making, baking, and aromatherapy. It is super strength and three to four times stronger than typical extracts, so only 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon is needed per pound of product. The oil is kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free, making it suitable for various dietary preferences.
Ideal for chocolates and coatings, this lemon oil is insoluble in water and also known as candy oil or flavoring oil. Its fresh citrus flavor adds a bright lemon taste to hard candies, cakes, cookies, frostings, and ice cream, enhancing a wide range of confectionery and baking applications.
