This mold creates elegant 3D rose candies measuring 1-7/8 inches wide by 1-3/4 inches tall and 7/8 inch deep. It contains six cavities per mold, producing three complete 3D roses per pour, ideal for cake decorations or filled truffles.
Each finished rose weighs about 1.7 ounces, with nine solid roses per pound of chocolate. Made in the USA from FDA-approved, BPA-free plastic, this mold is recommended for use with chocolate or tinted chocolate and fits well with 3-inch by 4-inch or 4-inch by 4-inch poly bags for packaging.
