This guava flavor candy oil adds a tropical essence to a variety of recipes including hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, and ice cream. It is suitable for chocolates and coatings, typically used at 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per pound for optimal flavor.
Known as candy oil or flavor oil, it is kosher certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free. The formula is water soluble and contains natural and artificial flavors along with propylene glycol, water, ethyl alcohol, and color additives FD&C yellow 5 and blue 1.

- Note: When substituting these flavors for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.
