This extra large break apart chocolate bar mold creates bars measuring 8-3/8 inches long by 5-5/8 inches wide and 3/8 inch deep. Each mold has a single cavity producing a bar that weighs approximately 7.6 ounces. The bar breaks into 2 pieces, making it suitable for larger portions or gifts.
Made in the USA from FDA approved BPA-free plastic, this mold is durable and safe for chocolate making. It is recommended to use 7 inch by 14 inch poly bags for packaging. This mold is ideal for creating large chocolate bars that can be easily broken into sizable sections.
