This 1-ounce horchata flavoring oil captures the essence of the popular Mexican cinnamon rice pudding beverage. It is ideal for enhancing truffle fillings, tres leche cakes, and other baked goods with its distinctive taste. The flavoring is water soluble and comes in a super strength formula, so only a small amount is needed compared to traditional extracts.
Please note this flavoring oil is not suitable for use in chocolates and coatings. It is kosher certified, pareve, gluten free, and sugar free. The product contains propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavors, and triacetin, making it a versatile addition to your baking and candy making supplies.
