RADYAN Pralines & Cream Super Strength Flavoring - 1 Dram

This super strength pralines and cream flavoring is ideal for enhancing frostings, ice creams, and homemade liquors with a rich caramel note. It is typically used at ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound of chocolate or coatings. The flavoring may cause thickening, which can be adjusted by adding paramount crystals, liquefied coconut oil, or cocoa butter to achieve a smooth consistency.

Known also as candy oil or flavoring oil, this product is kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free. It contains propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavors, and water, and is soluble in water. Its concentrated formula means less is needed compared to standard extracts, making it a versatile addition to various confectionery recipes.
