This 1-ounce caramel flavoring oil is perfect for enhancing the taste of hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and other baking and confectionery creations. It is three to four times stronger than traditional water or alcohol-based flavorings, so a small amount goes a long way.
The flavor contains natural and artificial flavorings, propylene glycol, water, and caramel color. It is kosher certified, gluten-free, sugar-free, and water soluble, making it suitable for use in chocolates and coatings with typical usage between ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound.
