This large break apart chocolate bar mold produces bars measuring 6 inches long by 2-1/2 inches wide and 3/8 inch deep. Each mold has 2 cavities, and each bar breaks into 28 pieces, ideal for sharing or portion control. Each piece weighs approximately 3.1 ounces, with about 5 pieces per pound of chocolate.
Made in the USA from FDA approved BPA-free plastic, this mold is durable and safe for chocolate making. It is recommended to use 4 inch by 9 inch or longer poly bags for packaging. This mold is perfect for creating sizable chocolate bars that easily break into multiple pieces.
