Also known as candy oil or flavoring oil, it contains natural and artificial flavors, capryllic/capric triglycerides, propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, and water. When replacing extracts, use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of this flavoring for every teaspoon of extract required in your recipe to achieve the desired flavor intensity.
