This brandy flavoring oil is designed for use in a variety of baking and confectionery applications including hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, and ice cream. It is a super strength flavor, so when substituting for extracts, use only 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per teaspoon of extract. The flavoring is water soluble and contains artificial flavor and propylene glycol.
This product is kosher certified, gluten free, and sugar free, making it suitable for many dietary needs. It is not recommended for use in chocolates and coatings. Known also as candy oil or flavoring oil, it provides a concentrated brandy taste to enhance your sweet treats.
