This mold features three cavities designed for making sandwich cookies shaped like the Jewish star, each cookie measuring 3-1/2 inches in diameter and 3/4 inch deep. It allows filling the bottom cavity, adding a cookie, and topping with chocolate, or using thin cookies to maximize the number of cookies per pound of chocolate.
Made in the USA from FDA approved BPA-free plastic, the mold yields approximately six pieces per pound of chocolate. It is recommended to use 5 inch by 5 inch poly bags for packaging, making it suitable for Jewish occasions and celebrations.
