This 4-ounce bottle of bubble gum flavoring oil is designed to enhance the taste of hard candy batches and frostings. It contains propylene glycol, ethyl alcohol, natural and artificial flavors, water, and FD&C red 40. The flavoring is also known as candy oil or flavoring oil and is soluble in water.
Certified kosher, gluten-free, and sugar-free, this flavoring oil is a versatile ingredient for various confectionery applications. When substituting for extracts, use between 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of this oil for every teaspoon of extract to achieve the desired flavor intensity.
