This Washington Cherry flavoring oil is specially formulated for candy, chocolate, and baking applications. It is a concentrated flavoring, three to four times stronger than typical water or alcohol-based extracts, so only a small amount is needed to achieve a rich cherry taste. The oil is suitable for use in hard candy, cakes, cookies, frosting, ice cream, and various other confectionery recipes.
Ideal for chocolates and coatings, the recommended usage is about ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound. This kosher certified, gluten-free, and sugar-free flavoring contains artificial flavor and sweet almond oil, with all ingredients approved by the FDA for safe use in food products.
